December 13th. Temecula Band of Mission Indians holds General Meeting. Munoa clan adds family member to enrollment committee "by two votes?"
Be careful Becky, do not ask to many questions, your family has been targeted by the CPP for disenrollment. The evil CPP has masterminded the coup of Pechanga government, and will not be content until their plan is completed.
We wish you luck, and hope your heart leads you in the right direction.

Is this an addition, or does Becky replace someone?
IT'S AN ADDITION.
The addition is four years too late.
The enrollment committee has never been properly staffed since the CPP has grabbed ahold of Pechanga.
Slowly the CPP are allowing the the general membership to vote the enrollment committee back to it's eleven person capacity.
I'm sure they are surprised when someone is voted in they do not support, or do they???
Why is it taking so long to put the enrollment committee back to it's full capacity?
You think they would be more efficient if they were fully staffed.
Because if it is fully staffed the CPP might be a minority on the committee.
The Basquez/Masiels were cleared from disenrollment by only three committee members, less than a legal quorum, which is supposed to be 51 percent or six members.
I thought the full committee is supposed to be 10 not 11 or is 11 the new make up of the committee?
We the Hunters were disenrolled by only six committee members and the Record of Decision against us says a majority of a legal quorum made the decision against us.
Does the Record of Decision clearing the Basquez/Masiels say it was a legal quorum of the committee?
How could it be when only three members cleared them?
So the decision to disenroll us, the Hunters, should be null and void as people who were illegally cleared from disenrollment voted on our case.
Why do I keep pointing out and insisting that Pechanga should have and still should follow their own laws?
Because Pechanga needs to be a nation of laws not one of back stabbing and lawlessness.
I still cling to the hope that the rule of law will prevail.
